Heirloom Lodge is a beautiful, new, 70-seat restaurant that opened in May 2024 in the Berkshires, and had a very busy summer. We maintain a seasonal, classical menu, which prioritizes local fruits and vegetables. Our kitchen is contemporary and spacious, with great natural light. We are seeking a full-time pastry chef with baking experience and an interest in savory food. The position is mostly for morning and afternoon hours, with as much flexibility as possible for evenings and weekends. Please forward a resume and brief cover letter.
